ERREUR lors de la commande car en rentrant les information concernant la taille et la pointure nous avions pensé qu'il fallait donner la taille souhaitée du materiel et non la taille de l'enfant
le magasin a donc reservé un materiel trop petit et n'a pu nous fournir le materiel necessaire avant 1jours
magasin peu acceuillant et ni agreable
un peu decevant
mais un domaine ski genial

grace a vous j'ai beneficie de tarifs très interressants pour la location de nos skis et vous en remercie.Mais quand nous sommes arrivés au magasin Alpsport de Meribel nous avons été inquiets car la vendeuse au vu du bon que vous nous avez fait telecharger et imprimer nous a dit qu'elle n'était pas au courant de cette réservation!Apparemment vous ne leur aviez rien envoyé donc rien n'était vraiment réservé.Comme la responsable nous a fait confiance ,nous avons eu le materiel Je pense qu'elle a du vous contacter ensuite...
A part cette petite frayeur votre site est très bien fait .J'ai d'ailleus fait beneficié ma soeur de votre offre en lui communiquant vos coordonnees que j'ai trouvees par hasard en cherchant le site d'alpsport. merci et peut etre à l'anne prochaine

OK - so the site looks terrible and the payment page really looks dodgy but lets face it the French have never been very good at the Internet.
Since I was paying by credit card I decided to chance it and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything went very smoothly and we were very happy with the equipment and the service we received.

C'est la deuxième année que je pratique la location via votre entreprise. Sachez que cette formule me donne entière satisfaction et me permet, entre autres, une économie substantielle car avouons-Le, les sports d'hiver sont très coûteux. Idem pour Le retrait du matériel à MERIBEL
Tout EST " nickel " et je ferai de même l' ANNEE PROCHAINE.
Continuez ainsi ; on NE pourra que recommander vos services....

Hi, I was very pleased with the price and the equipment, but nearly didn't place the order due to the payment site - the bank I hadn't heard of and the payment site looked very amateur and the Mastercard / Securecard extra layer of security almost seemed like it was a scam site. I had to check with my bank to make sure. So full marks on value (and service in the shop), but the payment experience online should be improved and made an easier to make sure your future customers aren't put off. Many thanks

Dear Sir, It was a great pleasure to book my ski material through your website. The website is very simple and intuitive to use. Payment procedures are clear. However it is not very clear at the moment of reservation the level of equipment that I'm about to reserve, (The colours identifying the level are not enough). Also, despite the apologies, I've received an e-mail 1 day before leaving, saying that the store to pickup the material changed. (no problem on that...but it means that probably on the day I arrived I can be noticed of the same thing and have no acess to internet) About the equipment it was good, no comments on that. Thanks.
